I noticed they had a ramp by the front door that could be put out if someone needed it, however the toilet was a very small space and would not be suitable for a wheelchair.

I came in with a tooth infection, after a quick examination I was offered to take away the pain immediately which I took up, after an initial pain for a couple of minutes it eased and stopped. Then a couple of days later I had the tooth removed which if I wanted to stop at any point I could and explain everything what has going to happen. The way they use the technology is very good 👍 it is not what I have been used to. At the first visit with Dt Ariella we came up with a plan of action .

Rahul was great dealing with my 12 yr old son. He spent time to explain what he is going to do and went through how to brush his teeth properly and general dental hygiene. Makes all the difference as my son brushed his teeth properly this evening exactly how he was taught. This is the first time I have experienced this with a dentist as previously my son used to have 5 min check ups with not much interaction hence we stopped attending. I have only been a patient of Dr Ariella Wulwick for a very short time but I have been most impressed by my treatment and the care she has taken. I needed an extraction of an upper back tooth, in not the easiest place. She was very clear in explaining why the tooth needed removing and explained the difficulties involved. The pain Relief she gave me made the whole process very much easier. Such a lovely team here at Bushey Dental Surgery, I have always had such a great experience with them. I have had Invisalign and composite bonding with Raj and she was great throughout, she done an amazing job of my composite veneers, they look so natural. I have just been to have them cleaned up after a well over due visit and they have come up like brand new! I also had an old silver filling removed and refilled with white composite which I expected to be very painful but there was minimal pain and Raj done a really great job as usual. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially if you are looking to have Invisalign or composite bonding.

Excellent service as always. I had a hygienist appointment who immediately saw that I had an abscess, which whilst large I was not aware off, and she requested for any available dentist within surgery to come and have a look. Soon a dentist did come into the room, looked, confirmed it was a large abscess, drained slightly and then gave me a prescription for penicillin to take and then to return to see her in 2 weeks time which as at doing this review, I have booked to see. All was done with great care and consideration, so excellent and top marks to both hygienist and emergency attending dentist.

Good environment and good quality, helpful and seemingly professional service.You could do better at keeping appointment times; my wife and I were scheduled to be seen at 10.20 am but we were seen at least 15 or 20 minutes late. This makes a nonsense of one's efforts to park legitimately at minimum cost. On the high street you can get 30 minutes free parking but that's no good if the appointment runs late - and we are not advised by reception at what time we will actually be seen.

All my family have used this dentist practise for approx 35 years. When Mr. Luck was there it was special. He and his staff were so caring and took time with you, even though the appointments often ran over! There was no pressure to use the hygienist, nor excessive charges. He was superb. I find that now it is run more as a production line, in and out in 10 minutes, the warm feeling has been lost. The new staff are good but you have lost the personal touch.

I had a bad dentist childhood experience so hadn't been to a dentist for about 30 years. I required a mouth guard so plucked up the courage & made an appointment at bushey dental surgery. When I went for my appointment I was put at ease, in someway due to the surroundings but also how friendly the reception staff were. I left my retainers on holiday so needed a replacement pair quickly. As soon as I realised, I sent an email to Bushey Dental Surgery, who followed up after only about an hour. I was then booked in for an appointment the next day (they even offered same day but I couldn't as I was still abroad). I have been a patient of this practice since I first came to Bushey over 30 years ago. Originally Mr Luck was my regular dentist and I always had excellent service. Now the management has changed hands and become much more bureaucratic. The dentists and associated nurses are excellent and this has always been my experience with this practice although I have had a number of different dentists over recent years. The administration is less kind and less patient centred. The forms that seem to dominate the booking process area burden. Payments are immediately processed, often well in advance of treatments.

I have been a patient at Bushey Dental Surgery since 1980!! Going to the dentist is scary for me as I previously had a bad experience as a child at a different dental surgery elsewhere in the country. I had been with the same dentist (Mr Smith) for most of that time but due to his retirement am now with a someone different. Initially I had Zee but she is now on maternity leave so I am now with Raj who equally made me feel at ease. They have always made me feel relaxed and not a nuisance due to my early years fear. I have had treatments including root canal/crowns/bridges and have been very happy with the treatments received. I also see Nehar the hygienist who is always welcomes you with a smile and a chat. When the surgery changed hands due to retirements the settling in period for the new staff was very efficient and feel they have now got the balance right.

I have been coming regularly to Bushey Dental Surgery for over 35 years and had many fillings, some crowns with the associated treatments as well as hygienist treatment. The level of care and professionalism has always been second to none and now supported by the obvious advances in technology and professional knowledge it is simply outstanding. I have an excellent dentist in Dr Monil Chohan, who takes the greatest care over my teeth, shows me the issues on screen, explains options clearly and patiently and is always sympathetic to my concerns.The receptionists too, are patient and helpful and I seldom have to wait at all on my visits here.I cannot stress strongly enough that this practice gives you the security you need that your teeth are being well cared for.

Brief six month check up. No treatment needed.I have been coming here 30+ years. Originally with Mr Luck as a new procedure, was put to sleep for treatment. These people have really got it together. You don't even have to wait on the phone. If they are busy they ring you back within a minute. They never fail.I have seen a few hygenists in my time but Meghan is the best I have ever experienced. I had to have two treatments becuse I had left it too long because of the lockdown and she was fantastic.The offices are very modern and user friendly. What can I fault? Nothing.

After trying several different dentist, Bushey’s standard of treatment beats them all, by a long shot!The dentists talk you through your options rather than looking to make a quick buck. I had a wisdom tooth removed and was fully informed of each stage, so I knew how to prepare myself accordingly and get in the right headspace.The nurses and reception staff are all very friendly, making a stressful environment somewhat pleasant. My 10 year son was seen as a last minute emergency patient at this practice this afternoon. Having been a specialist dental nurse in major London Hospitals and Private Medical Practices in Harley Street for over 10 years. I was flawed with this practice. The place is super clean. The Reception staff welcome you with open arms and are very professional. The Dentist who treated my son “sorry I didn’t catch the name” is beyond any measure of the 30 years she told me she’s been working in this practice. I’ve been around in this field for a quite sometime and I couldn’t recommend any better dental practice than Bushey Dental Practice. Let alone I’ve seen a lot. As a life-long ‘anxious patient’ (due to antiquated procedures suffered as a child), I had not been anywhere near a dentist for at least twenty years, resulting in serious tooth loss. I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. It's taken about a year all-in with a few adjustments and tweaks along the way. I'm really happy with the results. The Bushey Dental Surgery team have been really great throughout, explaining the steps as the process developed. I'd say that it took longer than I'd expected / hoped for, but equally, the final results have been better than I'd imagined. When I first started the treatment, I'd recently noticed that I'd become increasingly self-conscious about my teeth - particularly my overlapping front tooth. I'd stopped smiling for photos, or in meetings. That was the catalyst for me starting Invisalign and 1 year later, I'm much more confident and happier - great results. Thanks again for all your work sorting my teeth!

I highly recommend Bushey Dental Surgery. All the staff are really friendly and they do a good job at looking after your dental health. They are extremely good with kids. My son joined my husband's hygienist appointment. He was shown all the tools, made to feel really excited about the chair and noises, and while we waited for daddy to have his teeth cleaned, there were toys of a dental nature for him to play with. So while the hygienist cleaned daddy's teeth, my son cleaned the toy teeth.

Could not be happier with Bushey Dental Surgery! The treatment and care over the passed year from them has been nothing but outstanding, I personally cannot thank Dr Zeenali Dewani and Sophie enough! They've cattered to every need and have been so understanding with me, my ever changing shift patterns and job obligations, I can assure you I haven't been the easiest patient but they have looked after me and delieved unimaginable results! I noticed they had a ramp by the front door that could be put out if someone needed it, however the toilet was a very small space and would not be suitable for a wheelchair.

I came in with a tooth infection, after a quick examination I was offered to take away the pain immediately which I took up, after an initial pain for a couple of minutes it eased and stopped. Then a couple of days later I had the tooth removed which if I wanted to stop at any point I could and explain everything what has going to happen. The way they use the technology is very good 👍 it is not what I have been used to. At the first visit with Dt Ariella we came up with a plan of action .

Rahul was great dealing with my 12 yr old son. He spent time to explain what he is going to do and went through how to brush his teeth properly and general dental hygiene. Makes all the difference as my son brushed his teeth properly this evening exactly how he was taught. I have only been a patient of Dr Ariella Wulwick for a very short time but I have been most impressed by my treatment and the care she has taken. I needed an extraction of an upper back tooth, in not the easiest place. She was very clear in explaining why the tooth needed removing and explained the difficulties involved. The pain Relief she gave me made the whole process very much easier. Such a lovely team here at Bushey Dental Surgery, I have always had such a great experience with them. I have had Invisalign and composite bonding with Raj and she was great throughout, she done an amazing job of my composite veneers, they look so natural. I have just been to have them cleaned up after a well over due visit and they have come up like brand new! I also had an old silver filling removed and refilled with white composite which I expected to be very painful but there was minimal pain and Raj done a really great job as usual. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially if you are looking to have Invisalign or composite bonding.

Soon a dentist did come into the room, looked, confirmed it was a large abscess, drained slightly and then gave me a prescription for penicillin to take and then to return to see her in 2 weeks time which as at doing this review, I have booked to see. All was done with great care and consideration, so excellent and top marks to both hygienist and emergency attending dentist.

Good environment and good quality, helpful and seemingly professional service.You could do better at keeping appointment times; my wife and I were scheduled to be seen at 10.20 am but we were seen at least 15 or 20 minutes late. This makes a nonsense of one's efforts to park legitimately at minimum cost. On the high street you can get 30 minutes free parking but that's no good if the appointment runs late - and we are not advised by reception at what time we will actually be seen.

I had a nasty infection under a crowned tooth that was extracted 2weeks ago under very caring and gentle attention. Unfortunately when the local wore off I had some sharp processes on an adjoining tooth that was scraping my tongue. I went back and was very quickly examined and the sharp pieces attended to. All my family have used this dentist practise for approx 35 years. When Mr. Luck was there it was special. He and his staff were so caring and took time with you, even though the appointments often ran over! There was no pressure to use the hygienist, nor excessive charges. He was superb. I find that now it is run more as a production line, in and out in 10 minutes, the warm feeling has been lost. The new staff are good but you have lost the personal touch.

I had a bad dentist childhood experience so hadn't been to a dentist for about 30 years. I required a mouth guard so plucked up the courage & made an appointment at bushey dental surgery. When I went for my appointment I was put at ease, in someway due to the surroundings but also how friendly the reception staff were. The dentist & dental nurse I saw were so nice, kind and reassuring. I required a second appointment for a filling and it really wasn't a big deal at all with only a small amount of discomfort.

I left my retainers on holiday so needed a replacement pair quickly. As soon as I realised, I sent an email to Bushey Dental Surgery, who followed up after only about an hour. I was then booked in for an appointment the next day (they even offered same day but I couldn't as I was still abroad). I went in for scans, all the costs were clearly explained and now hopefully my new retainers will be ready to collect as soon as Friday! Excellent service.

I have been a patient of this practice since I first came to Bushey over 30 years ago. Originally Mr Luck was my regular dentist and I always had excellent service. Now the management has changed hands and become much more bureaucratic. The dentists and associated nurses are excellent and this has always been my experience with this practice although I have had a number of different dentists over recent years. The administration is less kind and less patient centred. The forms that seem to dominate the booking process area burden. Payments are immediately processed, often well in advance of treatments.

Going to the dentist is scary for me as I previously had a bad experience as a child at a different dental surgery elsewhere in the country. I had been with the same dentist (Mr Smith) for most of that time but due to his retirement am now with a someone different. Initially I had Zee but she is now on maternity leave so I am now with Raj who equally made me feel at ease. They have always made me feel relaxed and not a nuisance due to my early years fear. I have had treatments including root canal/crowns/bridges and have been very happy with the treatments received. I also see Nehar the hygienist who is always welcomes you with a smile and a chat. When the surgery changed hands due to retirements the settling in period for the new staff was very efficient and feel they have now got the balance right.

The level of care and professionalism has always been second to none and now supported by the obvious advances in technology and professional knowledge it is simply outstanding. The Dentist who treated my son “sorry I didn’t catch the name” is beyond any measure of the 30 years she told me she’s been working in this practice. I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. It's taken about a year all-in with a few adjustments and tweaks along the way. I'm really happy with the results. The Bushey Dental Surgery team have been really great throughout, explaining the steps as the process developed. I'd say that it took longer than I'd expected / hoped for, but equally, the final results have been better than I'd imagined. When I first started the treatment, I'd recently noticed that I'd become increasingly self-conscious about my teeth - particularly my overlapping front tooth. I'd stopped smiling for photos, or in meetings. That was the catalyst for me starting Invisalign and 1 year later, I'm much more confident and happier - great results. I highly recommend Bushey Dental Surgery. All the staff are really friendly and they do a good job at looking after your dental health. They are extremely good with kids. My son joined my husband's hygienist appointment. He was shown all the tools, made to feel really excited about the chair and noises, and while we waited for daddy to have his teeth cleaned, there were toys of a dental nature for him to play with. So while the hygienist cleaned daddy's teeth, my son cleaned the toy teeth.

Could not be happier with Bushey Dental Surgery! The treatment and care over the passed year from them has been nothing but outstanding, I personally cannot thank Dr Zeenali Dewani and Sophie enough! They've cattered to every need and have been so understanding with me, my ever changing shift patterns and job obligations, I can assure you I haven't been the easiest patient but they have looked after me and delieved unimaginable results! The Professionalism, knowledge, skill, attention to detail and customer care really can't be faulted in anyway, shape or form!Going to the dentist can be quite daunting for most people but from start to finish you are cared for and appreciated not only as a customer but as an individual. I never once felt uncomfortable or worried about any procedures or treatments because you are constantly reassured, they will alwayw check you are okay and happy to continue and you have the sense of constant reassurance that you are in very capable hands due to the knowledge and expertise.Once again a massive thank you to Dr Zeenali Dewani and Sophie! I honestly couldn't be happier with my new smile and confidence!!

I had seen Mr Luck for over 20 years, so I was understandably anxious when he retired, but Zee, Meghan and their nurses did a fantastic job, and are very caring, which is what you need if you are a nervous patient like me!

I am a very very nervous patients however I find the dentist very gentle caring and thoroughly understands my nervousness.I go in terrified and come out wondering why was I so worried.If like me you are a very nervous patient then this could not be a better dentist.
